A New York-based chef lauded for his culinary prowess, Vikas’s numerous accolades include “Foodie Top 100 Restaurants in America” for Junoon. StarChefs honoured him with the “Rising Star Chef” award for his contribution to American cuisine. Gordon Ramsay named him “one of the most influential chefs in the world”.
Vikas Khanna is the host of the popular TV shows MasterChef India, Junior MasterChef India, Twist of Taste and The Fit Foodie. He has appeared on several TV shows including Kitchen Nightmares, Hell’s Kitchen, The Martha Stewart Show and MasterChef Australia.
He has written several books including Flavors First, which won The Benjamin Franklin Award, Khanna Sutra which won the Gourmand World Cookbook Award, 2013 and Everyone Can Cook which won the Innovation Award for design, 2013 from the International Packaging Association, Paris, France.
